Our Services Package
When you engage with our services, we only represent you and no one else in that budget range and suburb preferences. To avoid conflict of interest, we do NOT accept any commissions from sellers or other service providers. Advice we give to our clients is done purely in their best interest.
There are two basic fees for our Full Property Search services:
- A non-refundable upfront retainer. This fee is paid upon signing of the Agency Agreement regardless of whether a property is ultimately purchased.
- A success fee. 80% of the success fee is paid when contracts are exchanged for the purchase of a property and the remaining 20% upon settlement.
